The PMF© is the standard we use to control the quality and consistency of project results. The PMF© is a standard like ISO-9001 that it is specifically tailored to match our clients’ needs.

DYTREM’s certified program managers have multiple areas of experience resulting from a combination of years spent as line managers and executives, as well as exposure to program management methodology. Our program managers will take a program from ground up to closure by seamlessly applying both internal and external resources.

Some clients have requested use of the PMF© to help them build their project management platforms. We have three licensed implementations of the Framework©.
