The Program Management Framework© or PMF© is a user-friendly tool that integrates governance, methodologies and processes. It facilitates a seamless coordination of multi-disciplinary activities and resources towards the measurable and continual achievement of operational and project objectives.
It was designed and developed by the staff at DYTREM Corporation in order to improve project quality and consistency. It is the standard we used to manage ourselves when no other structure exists. It is our ISO 9001-like process.
The PMF© is composed of 8 separate but integrated modules. Each module is composed of the key components necessary for the activities therein to be initiated, planned, resourced and executed in a coordinated fashion with its up and down stream dependencies. They are:

Each integrated module is connected both to the module that feeds it and to the module which is dependent on its output. A module includes all the necessary organizational components to provide a user with the knowledge and tools required to consistently initiate the module's output.
The PMF© was built using a combination of generally-accepted and proven principles, methodologies, approaches and tools, as well as our own experience regarding those strategies which have proven most effective for the majority of our clients. The PMF© was designed according to the following philosophy: "it must work in a realistic business environment, be flexible and nimble, be user-friendly and be cost effective to use."
Our success in project delivery at our clients' sites have encouraged enquiries about our program management "recipe." Though the PMF© is not widely for sale, we have extended licenses to some of our best customers at their insistence.
