Chairperson of the Board: Serge V. Tremblay, MGP, Arch., a project management veteran with over 45 years of experience.

Chief Operating Officer: J. Stephan Tremblay, CD, HBA, PMP, CHRP, ITIL, also a veteran with over 20 years of experience in operational and program management.

Chief Financial Officer: Carol A. Badger, BFA, BEd.
